RICHARD L. FULBRIGHT, Ph.D. Clinical Neuropsychologist Dr. Fulbright is a clinical psychologist specializing in clinical neuropsychology. Dr. Fulbright has extensive experience in the evaluation and rehabilitation of traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's disease, stroke, multiple sclerosis, toxic exposures, and developmental disorders. He has particular expertise in the area of dementia, including Alzheimer's disease, Lewy Body dementia, frontotemporal degeneration, and other less commonly encountered forms of dementia. Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders have become an area of particular interest and expertise over the past 13 years as he has worked with a number of neurologists who are fellowship-trained specialists in movement disorders.
Education & Training:Dr. Fulbright earned his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas in 1985. He was licensed as a psychologist in 1986 by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists. He completed a training fellowship in neuropsychology at UT Southwestern Medical Center from 1983 to 1984. His doctoral dissertation research involved original research comparing patients with Alzheimer's disease to normally aging individuals on a comprehensive neuropsychological test battery.
Professional Experience: He worked as a neuropsychologist at Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation from 1985 to 1986 and also for Mary Ellen Hayden, Ph.D. from 1986 to 1987 before entering private practice in 1987. In his private practice, he has provided neuropsychological evaluation and cognitive rehabilitation in both office and hospital settings. Over the past 20 years, he and his professional staff have developed a model of cognitive rehabilitation emphasizing rehabilitation of executive function and attention in individuals with less than catastrophic brain injuries. He currently develops and supervises individual cognitive rehabilitation programs for our clients. Dr. Fulbright performs neuropsychological evaluation, adjustment counseling, and family education with our clients.
Licensed Psychologist Specialilzing in Neuropsychology
Dr. Traci Rosvall is a licensed psychologist with extensive experience in clinical neuropsychology and rehabilitation. She joined our practice in 2014. Dr. Rosvall earned her Ph.D. in clinical psychology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 2010. She pursued pre-doctoral training in clinical psychology and neuropsychology. She completed her postdoctoral residency in a comprehensive multidisciplinary treatment center in which she performed neuropsychological assessment, cognitive rehabilitation, pain management, and psychotherapy. Since earning her doctoral degree, she has worked in a variety of clinical and research positions, focusing primarily on neuropsychology and rehabilitation. She is very experienced at providing neuropsychological evaluations and cognitive rehabilitation therapy. She is a skilled psychotherapist trained in multiple therapy modalities. She is known for her warmth, her sense of humor, and her dedication to our patients. She is a valuable member of our team and is a valuable asset to the neuropsychology and rehabilitation communities in the DFW area.

Elizabeth Thompson, M.S. is a specialist in neuropsychological assessment. She obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Baylor University and a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Texas. She completed an internship in neuropsychological assessment as part of her post-graduate studies in 1990, and has continued working in this field since that time. Ms. Thompson was licensed as a Psychologist Associate by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists in 1993.
Ms. Thompson has been the backbone of our assessment services for the past 22 years, providing outstanding, high-quality neuropsychological test administration to our patients with great skill and efficiency. She has extensive experience in evaluating patients with traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, and developmental disorders. Ms. Thompson is highly involved in training all new professionals in the practice in testing and standardized administration techniques. In addition, she coordinates much of the testing activity and manages our testing lab. We are extremely fortunate to have Elizabeth sharing her expertise with us, as she consistently enhances the quality of our practice with her work.
Outside of work, Elizabeth conducts a ministry for college-aged women and has given invited workshops in Texas and several other states.
